1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Shishido & Associates ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, protects and otherwise handles personal information in connection with our website (saaipf.com) and our applications ("Apps"). For questions, contact shishid@saaipf.com.

2. Information we collect

• Contact & inquiry data: when you use our contact form or email us, we collect the name, email address and message you provide.
• Account data: if you register as a member, we collect your email address and authentication data. We verify your email with a one-time code (OTP). You may instead sign in with Google or Apple, in which case we receive your verified email and basic profile from that provider.
• Payment data: paid content and services are processed by third-party payment providers (PayPal, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we retain only a transaction reference and entitlement record.
• Usage & cookies: with your consent, we use cookies and an analytics tool (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. Analytics is disabled by default and loads only after you consent (Google Consent Mode v2).
• App data: data collected by an App is described in that App's own notice. Apps are designed for data minimization and, where applicable, process data on-device only. See the bFaaaP app policy at /bfaaap/privacypolicy/.

3. How we use information

We use the information to respond to your inquiries, provide and maintain member accounts and paid content, process payments, operate and improve the website and Apps, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use sensitive (special-category) personal information for our services.

4. Cookies and analytics

You can accept all, choose, or decline cookies via the banner shown on the site, and change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link. Analytics and any non-essential cookies are loaded only after you opt in.

5. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, payment processing by PayPal/Stripe, sign-in by Google/Apple), under confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law or to protect rights, property or safety. Non-personally-identifiable aggregate data may be used for analytics.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Members can delete their account at any time from the account page; we delete or anonymize personal data, retaining only records required by law. If you re-register with the same email, prior records from the last 12 months may be restored. To request deletion, use the contact form or email us.

7. Your choices and rights

You may access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law. To exercise these, contact us at shishid@saaipf.com. For sign-in via Google/Apple, you may also revoke access from your provider account.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children where parental consent would be required, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without such consent.

9. Security and data breach

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized use, disclosure or access. If an unintended disclosure or misuse of user data occurs, we will notify affected users as required.

10. International users

Our services are operated from Japan. By using them, you understand your information may be processed in Japan and by our service providers in other countries.

11. Governing law and changes

This Privacy Policy and any dispute relating to our website, Apps or products are governed by the laws of Japan (court of jurisdiction: Tokyo District Court). We may update this policy; the current version is posted on this page.
